Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled tour or boat trip:
50% Refund: Clients will receive a 50% refund of the paid amount. Cancellations made within this period limit the ability to rebook the spot.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour or boat trip:
No Refund: We are unable to offer a refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time, as this significantly impacts our ability to fill the spot.
No-shows:
No Refund: If a client does not show up for their tour or boat trip, they will not receive a refund.
Weather-related Cancellations:
Reschedule or Full Refund: If weather conditions (such as storms, high winds, or unsafe conditions) prevent the tour or boat trip from going ahead, we will either offer a free rescheduling for the client or a full refund.
Changes to Bookings:
Free Changes up to 48 hours before the tour/boat trip: Clients can modify their booking (e.g., change the date or the number of participants) up to 48 hours before departure without any extra charges. After this period, changes are subject to availability and a possible fee.
